Booking and confirmation
To secure a booking please book the correct date and guided ride provided on the official booking page.

Date change
Dates and times of the event may change if weather forecast predicts long term rain or high winds. If the guided rider decides to change ride due to weather conditions, optional dates and time will be provided to you. This will be no extra charge.

Refund
Refunds will only be issued if the guided rider decides to cancels the ride usually due to weather forecast predicting long term heavy rain or high winds. The bike guide will notify you by email or message 2 days before the event if the guided rider decides the weather is too dangerous for the chosen event and send a full refund.

Cancellation
If you cannot make the current date booked please email and we will provide other dates available for you to join the chosen guide.

Required age
All these guided bike rides are suitable for people age 16 or over. Anyone under the age of 16 will not be aloud on these guided rides due to the distance, length and how the uneven terrain is best for adults only.

Your responsibilities
As a rider on these events you must have a fully working bike with nothing broken or partly damaged. It is your responsibility to make sure your bike is fully working and ready for your chosen event with us. The bike must be suitable for the ride you have chosen and be able to handle the terrain on the ride. If your not sure your bike is suitable for the guided ride please contact before booking to receive advice on the correct bike for the ride.

As a rider you must bring certain equipment and clothing for this event. This includes:
-Waterproof jacket
-Clothing suitable for the ride
-Water
-Food (including lunch on Brecon Beacon trips due to being in a remote place).
-Mech hanger specific for your bike
-Spare inner tube
-Handlebar grips with full rubber ends
-All other equipment your bike may need

Community rights
As a rider you must respect all other riders in every way and respect other public pedestrians.

Data protection
As a bike guide we will keep records of all details you have put on the booking form once you have submitted and during the ride. This is to have all information on who to contact if an emergency occurs and any other personal matters we (as a guide) need to be aware off.
​
In the booking form there is a question on photos being taken during the ride. We ask this to know if your happy to have pictures taken and shared on our social media sights. If you are not happy with pictures being taken please select no and we will keep that in mind and not take any photos.
​
Medical conditions
Once you have booked a guided ride we will ask if you have any medical conditions. Please let us know any medical conditions including allergies, asthma, hurt problems e.g. so we can be aware whilst guiding you.
